Number one goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar could make his Manchester United comeback against Blackburn at Old Trafford on Saturday.
Holland's top custodian has not played since picking up a calf injury against Lille in the Champions League on March 7.
The 36-year-old has returned to training, however, and is in line to play for the Dutch against Slovenia in their Euro 2008 qualifier on Wednesday.
"It will become clear over the next couple of days whether Edwin will play. He trained on Saturday, but not with the rest of the players," said Dutch coach Marco van Basten.
"If we didn't think he had a chance of playing we wouldn't have included him in the squad." [Via]
